Here we are, approaching a new year and a new decade! The question is, are you prepared for the success that you desire?

Goal Setting
It goes without saying that this is the time of year when people set their “resolutions” which I think is just a fancy way of saying a goal that I don’t intend on working too hard on. By setting a resolution you are taking the first step towards at least attempting to set a goal, but falling unfortunately short. A goal must, MUST be written down on paper if you intend on accomplishing it.

It is very easy to set a goal and have something to say when someone asks you, but it is an entirely different mentality when you write down and internalize your desires.

Here are some steps and tasks to help you really make your goals visible to you:

1. What do you really want?
2. Write it down
3. Put in order of priority

If you are really serious…
4. Make a vision board with pictures of what you see yourself having

This is your time to shine! Do not neglect your planning. “Lost time is never found again” -Ben Franklin

Good luck, God Bless, and have a wonderful New Year Celebration!

Life is way too short to live in complacency. Get out there and start kicking open some doors!

With all of the changes going on in the country right now it is prime time to start doing what makes you happy. If you have been one of the thousands of people just working to exist and want something more, make the choice to do something about it.

The time to make a change and take action is now, every minute is precious. If you have the courage to step out of the box and live the life that you have dreamt of don’t wait another minute. If you are out of work or being over worked and under paid get out there and start networking.

Networking is key, take some time recharge and identify what you truly desire. Once you can pinpoint your ideal life, business opportunity, and desired income get out to some networking functions and you will not be disappointed.

Not only will you get closer to accomplishing your goals you will have the potential be helpful in assisting others in accomplishing theirs.

Questions you can ask when you identify what you want to do, especially if it is starting something on your own, are: Why would someone pay me to do this? What value do I personally create? How can I accomplish my goals and help others get closer to accomplishing theirs in the process?

If you have the desire to be an asset to others before asking for anything in return, not only in business but in all areas of life, success and prosperity will find you.

Good luck and have a spectacular day!

Have you ever been around a group of people saying, “I wish I could do this or I wish I could have that? “ Maybe you have said a variation of these phrases yourself. Well I am here to say stop using your wishbone and start using your backbone!

I am sure being the driven person that you are you have all of your goals written down and set with a time element already, but are you doing all that you can to accomplish them? A great way to find out is examine whether your decisions are made based on commitment or comfort.

If you had something to do earlier in the morning than normal and it wasn’t imperative to get done, but you knew it would get you a little close to your goal, and you wake up and still feel tired would you suck it up and get out of bed or roll back over? You see it is the little sacrifices we are willing to make that make all the difference.

When you can do what you planned long after that excited feeling you had when you set the goal has left, that is when you know you have a burning desire for accomplishment. When you take the rolling over for a few more minutes avenue that may be an indicator that your desire is merely a wish and you may want to more clearly define your goal to something that does truly motivate you.

It isn’t what we say or plan that describes who we are; it is what we do that defines us.

What defines you?
